2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once initiated:

• Initial consultation and needs analysis
• Active sourcing and market scanning
• Vehicle reservation, negotiation, or deposit placement
• Logistics, inspection, or documentation coordination

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• A written request is submitted within 48 hours of payment and no sourcing activity has commenced.
• We are unable to deliver a shortlist of options matching client criteria within a mutually agreed timeframe.
• Client is legally unable to import or register the vehicle in Switzerland, provided documentation was accurate.

4. Refund Procedure

To request a refund:

• Contact us at contact@prestgeauputose.com with your full name, invoice ID, and reason.
• Our team will review your case and respond within 7 business days.
• If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Partial Refunds

Where applicable, partial refunds may be issued based on services already delivered (e.g., if sourcing has started but a purchase was not finalized).

6. Exceptions

Refunds are not granted for changes of mind, delays outside our control (e.g., customs, third-party transport), or when clients supply incomplete/inaccurate information.
